Being a great setter isn't always smooth. Sometimes it feels awkward. Sometimes it's repetitive. You'll follow up more than feels natural and that persistence is exactly what makes this role pay well.

At CCI, our setters are trained, supported, and paid what the role is worth. You'll work warm leads, use scripts and systems we've refined over a decade and get daily coaching to sharpen your skills in real time!

Start Conversations That Matter

You'll reach out to warm and cold leads and start real conversations, using our proven scripts and DM flows that connect with the right people. You're not convincing strangers to buy, you're helping serious leads take the next step.

Follow Up Like It’s Your Job (Because It Is)

You'll follow up daily, consistently, and professionally, sometimes more than feels comfortable, because that's what gets results. You'll get the structure, the CRM (Go High Level), and the daily coaching to stay on top of your pipeline.

Qualify & Pass the Baton

You're not here to close, you're here to protect the pipeline. That means asking smart questions, spotting red flags, and sometimes hopping on a quick qualifying call to confirm a lead is truly ready. You'll pass warm, aligned prospects to our closers so they can focus on converting, not correcting.

– You've got some experience in sales, customer service, or another people-facing role
– You're comfortable following a proven framework, but not afraid to improvise when needed
– You don't need to be micromanaged, you manage your numbers and own your pipeline
